BioPassword Multi-Factor Authentication
Through an innovative and secure solution called BioPassword, FORUM Credit Union is accomplishing its goals in response to the requirement from the NCUA for all credit unions to implement a multi-factor authentication solution for internet banking.
Increased security was accomplished while also identifying each user logging in without changing the traditional login process. After reviewing numerous solutions, the FORUM team determined that integration to BioPassword for online banking was the optimal solution above other options. Read More
User-Based Home Banking
FORUM Credit Union made the change from account-based home banking access to user-based home banking and introduced what we call an Account Manager console. What this means is that when members login to FORUM online banking they have the ability to manage all of their accounts with one login and on one screen. Gone are the days of having passwords for your account, your kids’ accounts, and even your spouse’s account if it is separate from yours. Read More
